Accreditation Management for DP World Tour

The DP World Tour, formerly known as the PGA European Tour Group, is one of the premier professional golf tours globally. It is organized by the British PGA European Tour, which also manages prestigious events such as the Challenge Tour, Legends Tour and other competitions across multiple continents including Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Originally focused primarily in Europe, the DP World Tour expanded globally in 2022 through an intensified partnership with the Dubai-based logistics company DP World. This strategic collaboration significantly increased the tour’s international reach and boosted prize funds, exceeding $200 million, with notable tournaments held across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Each season, the Tour attracts top international players, extensive media coverage, sponsors, and thousands of visitors.

In the 2023 season, the DP World Tour featured 44 tournaments in 27 countries. Players benefit from a guaranteed minimum earning system, multiple qualification pathways- including the Qualifying School, Challenge Tour’s Road to Mallorca, and the Race to Dubai – and diverse event locations.

Since 2022, following trial events in 2021, our accreditation system has supported between 15 and 20 events each season, including selected events from the Legends Tour and Challenge Tour as well. Managing over 5,000 seasonal participants along with tournament specific accreditations, our comprehensive accreditation solution features cloud-based software, UHF-encoded accreditation cards, QR code access control, a customized registration process for player and their entire parties, and an integrated dining management system.

These innovations have resulted in an improvement of accreditation efficiency, significantly enhancing security, operational effectiveness, and participant experience across all managed events.
